Thank you for purchasing our Battleboards Product Range, we would like you to be aware of the following terms and conditions prior to completing your order.

The Battleboards and accessory products are NOT TOYS. They have been designed to be used for wargaming and collectors. Battleboards HQ recommends this product for ages 14 years and over.

Some products may contain small parts or flock that can detach itself from the products. It is normal for some flock to detach from product, this is due to the flock being so fine that all of it cannot attach to the glue. This is normal and does not make the product defective.

Do not ingest any part of products. Should any part of the products or packaging be ingested seek immediate medical advice. All products should be kept away from naked flames and all sources of heat.

Battleboards are made from high density polyurethane foam and any conversion undertaken should be treated with care. Conversion should only be undertaken if you have experience in model making with industrial materials. Caution should be taken and protective clothing must be worn if undertaking conversions, these are taken at your own risk and Battleboards will not be held responsible for any injuries or illness caused through converting a Battleboard.

Battleboards HQ believe that high density polyurethane foam makes the best playing surface for miniature wargaming, the foam is tough but flexible protecting painted figures from damage, however any misuse creating any damage to playing miniatures or figures is not the responsibility of Battleboards. The foam used for Battleboards has a tolerance of 3mm when manufactured so the boards may vary up to this amount in size and depth. The product is subject to changes in temperature which may cause some warping therefore please ensure proper storage in a dry warm place and lay boards horizontally when not in use. DO NOT STORE UPRIGHT or LEAN AGAINST A VERTICAL SURFACE. This WILL cause your board to warp!

Battleboards values your custom and all care and attention is given to ensure that your products arrive in good condition, EACH board is checked prior to shipping as part of our quality control. Should your product arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and we will replace any product that you are unsatisfied with as long as you do not use the product and return it to us in original state and with original packaging within 7 working days.
